Being Text of an address by Chief Edozie Njoku, National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) on the State of the Party and Release of APGA Provisional Electoral Timetable of Activities for Anambra Governorship Election 2021 on April 24, 2021.

PROTOCOLS

It is with mixed feelings that I have convened this meeting during this auspicious moment of Easter celebration by Christians. For those who may not know, part of the journey to the founding of our great party, All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) was cemented around the Easter period, concisely after the Good Friday Conclave by prominent Igbo citizens in business, academia, industry, religion and politics.

I am therefore elated that the journey to the rebirth of the emergent APGA is also taking root at this holy period. The historical background of APGA should challenge us to be alert and remain steadfast in pursuing our liberation ideology. APGA must at all times be in the forefront of every move towards inclusive democracy and rights of the vulnerable, oppressed or marginalized.

My esteemed Party men and women, you will agree with me that in the past two years, our great Party, APGA, have been enmeshed in a morass of intractable legal battles over who occupies the office as the authentic National Chairman.

We have taken time to chronicle the entire gamut of legal fireworks and court judgments in a pamphlet, which would be made public after this address. This is in line with my belief that the people deserve not only to know, but be fully informed about developments in their Party. That is also the kernel of representative democracy.

In line with this, we wish to make public APGA’s Electoral Timetable for Anambra 2021. To restore sanity and the dignity of our people, we have pegged sale of party forms at Twelve Million Naira Only (12 Million) – Expression of Interest – 2 Million (Two Million Naira) only and Governorship Nomination form – 10 Million (Ten Million Naira) only.

WAY FORWARD

a. Female aspirants and aspirants with special needs shall pay only 50% of the amount stated in the expression of interest and nomination forms.
b. Both forms can only be obtained with certified Bank Drafts made payable to All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). All payments made are Non Refundable.

DEPARTURE FROM THE OLD ORDER
You are not unaware that what is in contention in APGA is the desperate attempt by those who do not want the progress and growth of the party beyond serving as platform for their personal aggrandizement. In this raging legal battle, we have made a robust statement to counter the false narrative that politics equates public service with craving for selfish profit and private advantage.

As loyal and committed APGA party men and women, it is our duty to educate people like others that APGA is a sacred platform for popular participation and grooming of future leaders, instead of sit tight potentates. The bond that binds APGA members is the stance against all forms of oppression as exemplified by our revered late leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.

On this note, I am impelled to caution all those aspiring to contest the Anambra State governorship election on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to follow the official path. All forms bought outside the supervision of the AUTHENTIC leadership of APGA is at buyers’ risk.

On a final note, let me humbly plead with all aggrieved members of our great Party and the general public to give us time to resolve all their complaints.

We shall give Ndi Anambra a Governorship primary that is not only transparent, credible, free and fair, but above all, that is in line with the principles of the Founding Fathers of APGA. Thanking everyone for inputs made towards peace and progress of our great party.

Why we are demolishing property belonging to former political office holders – Edo State Government

PRESS RELEASE

On December 21, 2020, the Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, revoked the Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) of 11 government properties within the Government Reserved Area (GRA) which were allotted to former political office holders, companies and private individuals as parting gifts on the eve of the exit of former Governor Adams Oshiomhole from office.

One of the properties was allocated to Governor Obaseki and was also revoked.

The properties have been revoked and recovered and therefore automatically belong to the original owner, which is the Government of Edo State. Therefore, the persons occupying the said properties are doing so illegally and are trespassers.

The action taken by the Edo State Government on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, was to evict the trespassers and squatters from these properties and effectively take possession of the assets. Therefore, the claims by the affected persons that their personal properties were demolished are false and baseless.

It is instructive to note that one of the properties in question to which a former Deputy Governor of the state, Dr. Pius Odubu, lays claim is actually the official Lodge of the Secretary to the State Government of Edo State (SSG). The implication of this is that all SSGs after Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s administration will not have an official residence.

Some of those affected, including a former governor, have now resorted to media blackmail when in fact they forcefully ejected senior academic staff of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) from these government properties, only to convert them to their own private use.

Contrary to insinuations that government embarked on the recovery of the properties out of vendetta, the truth is that these are the only remaining properties in the GRA that belong to the state government. If they are allowed to be taken over by these private individuals, it means that when government wants to embark on any project within the GRA, it will have to resort to purchasing from the open market.

The governor has a fiduciary responsibility to protect and act in the best interest of the people of Edo State and will never betray the public trust they have reposed in him.

Osarodion Ogie Esq.

Secretary to the Edo State Government

Ohanaeze, MASSOB blast Ango Abdullahi over utterances on killing

The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra have disagreed with the leader of the Northern Elders’ Forum, Prof. Ango Abdullahi, for alleging that most violent acts against the northerners were perpetrated by the Igbo.

In separate statements issued on Wednesday, Ohanaeze’s President General, Chief Nnia Nwodo; and MASSOB Leader, Uchenna Madu, described the comment by Abdullahi as unsubstantiated and provocative.

Nwodo, in a statement by Media Adviser, Chief Emeka Attamah, challenged Abdullahi to make public facts to substantiate his claim, unless it was intended to set up the Igbo for another round of killings in the North.

The statement read partly, “The President General reminded Prof. Abdullahi that on the contrary, the Igbo have borne the brunt and have been victims of age-long and misguided attacks and bloody orgies by their northern brothers at the slightest upheavals in the country, sometimes even as a result of an event outside the country, and no restitution has ever been made for such losses.”

On its part, MASSOB’s Madu said Abdullahi’s statement was hypocritical and unsubstantiated.

The statement partly read, “The primary aim of Northern Elders’ Forum to Rivers State is to continue in their mission of divide and rule syndrome; they saw in Governor Nyesom Wike a willing tool of continuously perpetrating their enmity virus against Ndigbo.”

Meanwhile, NEF on Wednesday in Enugu State warned that the alleged attack on northerners resident in the Southern Nigeria during the #EndSARS protests must not happen again.

The spokesman for NEF, Dr. Hakeem Ahmed, gave the warning when the forum met with leaders of northern groups residents in the South-East.

#EndSARS: Protesters should stay stay away from Igboland for their own good, MASSOB warns

The leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) under Comrade Uchenna Madu has warned perpetrators of violence and public disturbances in Igbo land to put a stop to it.

According to the organisation, in a Press Release signed by Comrade Edeson Samuel, the National Director of Information, members of pro Biafra organizations and Biafrans in general have no intention or plans to be part of any protest or demonstration in Biafra land next week, during the Christmas season or any time soon.

It said “MASSOB received an intelligence report through Biafra Intelligence Agency (BIA) that sponsored thugs are being mobilized to cause violence civil unrest through an organized protest that will throw Igbo land into an unprecedented chaos and military invasion.

“Our enemies plan to use the anticipated pro Biafra protest to cause more devastative destruction of lives and properties of Ndigbo in this Yuletide season. They knew that the month of December and Christmas season is very important to Ndigbo because of our numerous festivities and homecomings. The sponsors of the protest are planning to create tension and insecurity in Igbo land which will frustrate the homecoming of our people for the Christmas festivals and reunification of kinsmen.

“MASSOB warns all the pro Biafra organizations not to allow themselves to be used in formenting trouble and violent acts that will jeopardize the lives and properties of Ndigbo. Ndigbo have not yet recovered from the Obigbo bloody massacre, the city of Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Abakiliki and Owerri are yet to recover from the destruction of government and peoples properties including all the killings and destruction of our infrastructural establishments associated with the EndSARS protest.

“MASSOB warns that commercial atmosphere of our people should not be disturbed. We shall never allow perpetrators of violence to hold Igbo land ransom, we can no longer allow bloodsuckers to continue in their business of rendering young children to a fatherless state. Igbo land can never be sacrificed for selfish interest of some bloodsuckers who have no investment or developmental projects in Igbo land.

“MASSOB warns hired thugs and perpetrators of violence not to engage in any act of disguised protest or demonstration in Igbo land. Our people need peaceful atmosphere to flourish in their businesses in this yuletide season.

MASSOB warns sponsored and perpetrators of violence protest to stay clear of Igbo land now”, the statement ended.

REBUTTAL: The vain attempt to smeer reputation of Sen Mao Ohuabunwa, debunked

The attention of Forum for Abia Enlightened Youths (FABEY), has been drawn to a libecious, damaging and dangerous publication on Facebook by one “Spartan Arinze” with intent to smear and assassinate the character of Distinguished Senator Moa Ohuabunwa for no cogent reason.

As a matter of concern, it is uncertain at this point to aduce the intent behind this deliberate attempt, and the persons behind such petty act of perilous, dastardly and wicked tantrums towards a reputable personality as Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, albeit, naysayers and political gangsterism, brigandry, to wit; intent to defame and score cheap political goals.

But we wish to state categorically that we would not fold our hands to watch some unscrupulous elements defame a respectable personality like Senator Mao on any guise and shade, and therefore warn vehemently that the said Spartan Arinze, (whose Facebook account published the libecious article) should as a matter of remorse, tender an unreserved apology to the person of Distinguished Senator Mao Ohuabunwa or face legal actions that FABEY may deem neccessary to tow as we will not relent to use and exhaust all legal means at our disposal to seek justice against Spartan Arinze and his sponsors/co-travellers.

For avoidance of doubt, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa is a known personality around Nigeria and in the political terrain, and we state unequivocally that he had at no point in his political and/or individual career been indicted or accused of any illegality whatsoever. Therefore this gullible attempt to smeer his name will be resisted, challenged and fought to a standstill.

To put the record straight, THE HOUSE AND THE CARS DOES NOT BELONG to Senator Mao Ohuabunwa as alleged in the FAKE NEWS video.

We therefore advise Spartan Arinze to pull down the viral video, tender his apology to Senator Mao Ohuabunwa within 48hours of this publication or face the consequences of his actions.

Signed,
Comrade Jeremiah Okoronkwo-chukwu (President General, FABEY)

Civil Society Group calls for inclusion of activists in Enugu State #EndSARS panel

PRESS STATEMENT
28Th Oc tober, 2020.

APPRECIATION OF SETTING UP OF ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL OF INQUIRY BY THE ENUGU STATE GOVERNOR TO HANDLE THE CASE OF ENDSARS VICTIMS: CALL FOR INCLUSION OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMMUNITY AND ONE MORE YOUTH IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL AND EXPANSION OF THE TERMS OF REFERENCE.

The attention of International Solidarity for Peace and Human Rights Initiative had been drawn to recent action of Enugu state of setting up of a special panel of Inquiry called Administrative Panel of Inquiry to look into the case of various category of losses suffered by residents of Enugu state as a result of violence and destruction that took over the hitherto peaceful ENDSARS protest.

We see this intervention as a welcomed initiative giving the high level of calamity that has befallen so many people following the violence that characterised the later part of the protest.

Setting up of the Administrative Panel has cleared the confusion and uncertainty that have beclouded the mind of the affected victims and families of casualties of the protest as well as concerned members of the public of what becomes their fate.

With the setting up of this panel, it is clear that all the perons that have lost their property, sustained various cstegory of injuries and families of those who lost their loved ones will receive adequate compensation .

While appreciating the Governor for this intervention, we call on him to include representatives of human rights Civil Society Organisations and National Human Rights Commission in the panel as wrll as add one more youth from a general youth platform to complement the student youth already there as a member.
.
The expediency of this demand is necessitated by the unique nature of the issues to be handled by the panel which bother mainly on human rights violations including extra-judicial killings, the social class of the victims and those the recommendation of the panel will revolve around for implementation.

Our call is also necessitated by the fact of special knowledge, experience and skill that human rights activists/defenders possess on areas of human rights violation investigation and report which form the core aspect of the panel’s responsibility

Even though there is youth there to represent the students, thst is not adequate enough giving the nature of the issues at stake. Out of about 6 persons in our record who were extra-judicially killed, all are youths. The youths should be more than one in such a panel as the recommendation of the panel will affect them and they are the ones to drive the process of implementation of the outcome.

We therefore call on the Governor to include representatives of human rights organisations and National Human Rights Commission in the panel as well as add one more youth to complement the one already there who is a student.

We also suggest that the Terms of Reference should be expanded to include the following:
1. To investigate the circumstances that triggered off the violence protest and the destruction and when the violence and destruction started .
2. To recommend ways of forestalling future occurrence.

The need for including these in the terms of reference is for the government and the prople to have the opportunity of discovering and knowing the real truth of what transpired during the period of the protest and to know what really made the hitherto peaceful protest to transit into violent dimension which led to the recorded monumental loss in both human and financial resources. More importantly it will help the government and the people to avert future occurrences

It is good to pay compensation to the victims of violence and destruction but it is also very expedient to know how the violence started, what triggered it off in the first place and how to avert or prevent it in the future. It is also good to set up a panel but is also very essential to use the people that will give the correct result and people that will matter in the course of implementation of the outcome in csrrying out the assignment.

Your Sincerely,

Comrade Osmond Ugwu.
President,

Dr Jerry Chukwuokolo
Secretary.

Full Speech of President Muhammadu Buhari to Nigerians over #EndSARS Protests

ADDRESS TO THE NATION BY HIS EXCELLENCY, MUHAMMADU BUHARI, PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA ON THE ENDSARS PROTESTS, 22ND OCTOBER, 2020

Fellow Nigerians,

It has become necessary for me to address you having heard from many concerned Nigerians and having concluded a meeting with all the Security Chiefs.

2. I must warn those who have hijacked and misdirected the initial, genuine and well – intended protest of some of our youths in parts of the country, against the excesses of some members of the now disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

3. On Monday 12th October, I acknowledged the genuine concerns and agitations of members of the public regarding the excessive use of force by some members of SARS.

4. The choice to demonstrate peacefully is a fundamental right of citizens as enshrined in Section 40 of our Constitution and other enactments; but this right to protest also imposes on the demonstrators the responsibility to respect the rights of other citizens, and the necessity to operate within the law.

5. As a democratic government, we listened to, and carefully evaluated the five-point demands of the protesters. And, having accepted them, we immediately scrapped SARS, and put measures in place to address the other demands of our youth.

6. On approving the termination of SARS, I already made it clear that it was in line with our commitment to the implementation of extensive Police reforms.

7. Sadly, the promptness with which we have acted seemed to have been misconstrued as a sign of weakness and twisted by some for their selfish unpatriotic interests.

8. The result of this is clear to all observers: human lives have been lost; acts of sexual violence have been reported; two major correctional facilities were attacked and convicts freed; public and private properties completely destroyed or vandalised; the sanctity of the Palace of a Peace Maker, the Oba of Lagos has been violated. So-called protesters have invaded an International Airport and in the process disrupted the travel plans of fellow Nigerians and our visitors.

9. All these executed in the name of the ENDSARS protests. I am indeed deeply pained that innocent lives have been lost. These tragedies are uncalled for and unnecessary. Certainly, there is no way whatsoever to connect these bad acts to legitimate expression of grievance of the youth of our country.

10. The spreading of deliberate falsehood and misinformation through the social media in particular, that this government is oblivious to the pains and plight of its citizens is a ploy to mislead the unwary within and outside Nigeria into unfair judgement and disruptive behaviour.

11. On the contrary, both our deeds and words have shown how committed this administration has been to the wellbeing and welfare of citizens, even with the steadily dwindling revenues, and the added responsibilities and restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

12. Government has put in place measures and initiatives principally targeted at youths, women and the most vulnerable groups in our society. These included our broad plan to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in the next 10 years; the creation of N75 billion National Youth Investment Fund to provide opportunities for the youths and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Survival Fund, through which government is:

a. paying three months salaries of the staff of 100,000 micro, small – and medium – enterprises,
b. paying for the registration of 250,000 businesses at the Corporate Affairs Commission,
c. giving a grant of N30,000 to 100,000 artisans; and
d. guaranteeing market for the products of traders.

13. These are in addition to many other initiatives such as;
a. Farmermoni,
b. Tradermoni,
c. Marketmoni,
d. N-Power,
e. N-Tech and
f. N-Agro.

14. No Nigerian Government in the past has methodically and seriously approached poverty-alleviation like we have done.

15. With regard to the welfare of police personnel, the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission has been directed to expedite action on the finalization of the new salary structure of members of the Nigeria Police Force. The emoluments of other paramilitary services are also being reviewed upwards.

16. In order to underscore the importance of education in preparing youths for the future, this administration has come up with a new salary structure and other incentives for our teachers.

17. Let me at this point reaffirm the Federal Government’s commitment to preserving the unity of this country.

18. We will continue to improve good governance and our democratic process, including through sustained engagement.

19. We shall continue to ensure that liberty and freedom, as well as the fundamental rights of all citizens are protected.

20. But remember that government also has the obligation to protect lives and properties, as well as the right of citizens to go about their daily businesses freely and protected from acts of violence.

21. To our neighbours in particular, and members of the international community, many of whom have expressed concern about the ongoing development in Nigeria, we thank you and urge you all to seek to know all the facts available before taking a position or rushing to judgment and making hasty pronouncements.

22. In the circumstances, I would like to appeal to protesters to note and take advantage of the various well-thought-out initiatives of this administration designed to make their lives better and more meaningful, and resist the temptation of being used by some subversive elements to cause chaos with the aim of truncating our nascent democracy.

23. For you to do otherwise will amount to undermining national security and the law and order situation. Under no circumstances will this be tolerated.

24. I therefore call on our youths to discontinue the street protests and constructively engage government in finding solutions. Your voice has been heard loud and clear and we are responding.

25. And I call on all Nigerians to go about their normal businesses, and enjoin security agencies to protect lives and properties of all law abiding citizens without doing harm to those they are meant to protect. Let me pay tribute to officers of the Nigeria Police Force who have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty.

26. I would like to thank those state Governors, traditional and religious leaders who have appealed for calm and restraint. I also thank youth leaders who have restrained their followers from taking the law into their hands.

27. This government respects and will continue to respect all the democratic rights and civil liberties of the people, but it will not allow anybody or groups to disrupt the peace of our nation.

Thank you all. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

It’s evil to accuse Ndi Igbo of destruction of property on Lagos, says MASSOB

PRESS RELEASE:

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) under the leadership of Comrade Uchenna Madu have reiterated our resolve to maintain our principals of non violence in our legitimate pursuit for the actualization and restoration of Biafra.

We shall never resort to violence even though we are being provoked and pushed to the wall.

The nationwide protest, destruction of public and private properties and degenerated tensions in Nigeria including the inability of the government to control the senseless killings of innocent citizens have justified the self determination struggle of MASSOB and other pro Biafra agitators. The current situation in Nigeria have vindicated MASSOB before the international communities.

The entity called Nigeria has been damaged beyond repair. The foundation that holds Nigeria is fraudulent, deceitful and hypocritical, it is going through bizarre fire now. Soon, the remaining carcasses of Nigeria will be consume by the flames of injustices, corruption and nepotism.

Ndigbo have never declared any aggression against the Yorubas or any other indigenous tribe in Nigeria.

Ndigbo did not attack or destroy any government or private properties in Lagos. It is evidently known that armless aggrieved Nigerian youths expressing their in comfortability against the Nigeria’s worst administration were massacred by Nigerian soldiers which resulted to burning of government and private properties in Lagos.

MASSOB warns the perpetrators of the falsehood that is capable of pitching Ndigbo and Yorubas into unpleasant aggression to stop it. Southwest, Southeast, South-south and Middle Beltans regions have formed a greater alliance that will emancipate them from their political subjections in Nigeria. We shall never allow the fulanis to create divisions among us again.

MASSOB also warn the protesting Nigerian Youths to stop destroying peoples properties. The armed less youths should not give room to the President Muhammadu Buhari’s military terrorists to massacre our people or cause more havoc on our people.

Comrade Edeson Samuel,
National Director of Information, MASSOB.

#ENDSARS:CoalCity Youth Council Condemn unrest in Enugu, National Disturbances

*Urges Youths in Enugu State to remain resolute and law abiding while protesting

Our attention has been drawn on the recent and incessant destructions of both private and public owned properties in Enugu by some alleged End Sars protesters within the State.

Our Council, through the office of our Acting National President, Comrade Ifebuchi, Williams Chime, has vehemently condemned this Acts without mercy, thereby expressing deep disappointment amongst the Youths within the State, especially to those who have decided to divert the agendas of the protests into another dimensional parts.

However, our acts at this moment may be morally justifiable based on the recent sordid experience that took place at Lekki tollgate on Tuesday, 20/10/2020 but also abysmally condemnable as the act is about to undermine our philosophy and protesting undertone as a family in Enugu State, the Council Acting Nat’l President noted.

As a Council, we also wish to establish and thereby calling the attention of our Youths on how we started a peaceful protests, and today, something we started on a peaceful note has degenerated into another form of human attitudes, with much rancour and civil unrest across the major cities of Enugu State.

No doubts, Nigeria Government both present and past has failed us in terms of leadership prowess and proper accountability in governance, including credible representation and public welfare, but then, we needed to retrench from the parts we are apparently trending on now if we must win this battle.

Be that as it may, while we are actively expressing our views with deep shocks over the recent destruction of properties with further lost of lives in Enugu State, CoalCity Youth Council is also condemning the last human genocides that took place at Lekki tollgate by Nigeria Army, with further describing of their acts as been barbaric and devilish in nature.

To this end, we wish to remind the APC led adminstration of President Mohammed Buhari that, the killers of unarmed Nigerian Youths at Lekki tollgate while singing the National Anthem and holding of Nigeria flag as citizens of this Nation should be brought to book as their acts were undemocratic. This is because, the citizens of this Nation have the legal and fundamental human rights to actively express their views over the governance of this country, anyday, and time and no amount of total humiliation, subjugation and killings of our innocent Youths by this present administration and other Government to come will stop such from happening.

Therefore, CoalCity Youth Council is pleading on all, including our able Youths to remain resolute and law abiding as we pursue justice using the rightful channels. The entire world is seeing what’s happening today.

More also, we are asking and calling on all our members globally to be law abiding in any States of their abodes, and never to implement or embrace the policy of violence while we continue in this journey of total liberation from the shackles of those, who do not want us enjoy the true and dividend of democracy in this Nation.

We are builders and not destroyers.

Thanks!

Signed:
Ifebuchi, Williams Chime
Convener/Acting Nat’l President
Coalcity Youth Council.

MASSOB Clocks 21: Anniversary Speech by MASSOB Leader, Uchenna Madu

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) celebrate our anniversary with deep sober reflection on the plight of the people of Biafra in Nigeria. MASSOB started on 13th of September 1999.

Twenty one years have passed on our long walk to freedom with uncountable sacrifices and huge prices for the actualization and restoration of Biafra from the oppressive government of Nigeria.

Though MASSOB as a non violence organization have achieved a lots for Biafra emancipation, we shall never relent or derail. We have been persecuted, arrested, killed, mesmerized, imprisoned and traumatized by aggressive agents of federal government of Nigeria, we shall never retreat nor surrender.

MASSOB will continue to remember and honour our fallen heroes who willingly laid down their precious lives for the love of Biafra.

Our members are still languishing in Nigeria prisons at Awka and Onitsha, some are still in the mortuary in Onitsha hospital.

Our lives are dedicated to the cause of Biafra actualization. We have no future in Nigeria because this geographical expression called Nigeria was designed by the Christian British colonial masters to enslave the people of Christian Biafra forever and favor the moslem Arewa people.

Concerning the water bill being sponsored by the president Mohammadu Buhari led federal government of Nigeria, MASSOB support and encourages that the National Assembly should pass it into law without much deliberation. MASSOB support every government policies, actions and moves that will eventually breaks Nigeria and her forced marriage with unknown partners.

MASSOB advised President Mohammadu Buhari and his Fulani ethnic cabals not chicken out of cowardice, they should never relent in securing all the water ways in Nigeria for the establishment and resettling of wandering Fulani ethnic tribe from other West African countries.

Comrade Uchenna Madu, Leader of MASSOB
